Mountain Flow is a dynamic class, focusing on flow, core strength, balance and breath. This is a class for those who love to sweat, move creatively and be challenged. 

Focus will be on breathing well and deepening our awareness and integrity of our deep core. Each class will contain postures that target core strengthening with a fun, challenging but safe approach!
