Laura fell for yoga over 10 years ago, with a personal practice that has evolved into flowing movement incorporating Ashtanga, Iyengar and Kundalini traditions and a dedicated meditation and mantra practice. In 2012, she took her love of yoga and helping others to Mexico, where she completed her 200 hour Ashtanga-influenced teacher training. She has led various styles of class, like powerful flow or calm, restorative movement, always with a focus on gratitude, awareness of breath and self. She has taken further training with inversions, modifications and most recently she obtained her 40 hour stand-up paddleboard yoga teacher training. Laura loves leading movement, is an observant and knowledgable teacher, and aims to encourage fun while learning to trust in body, mind and spirit.
