SUP POP-UP will provide clear instruction at an easy going pace so that you can build confidence on your SUP Paddleboard. This class is geared towards mindful movement, increasing balance, stretching and strengthening in a variety of ways. As you can also imagine – the savasana while floating on your board, is fabulous!

No need to be a pro at the yoga on the board, we are here to teach you that, but basic SUP paddling skills are REQUIRED.

*All participants must have their own board and have a life jacket with you on the board.

Preregistration is required, 5 people minimum is needed to run the class  and our no cancellation policy is in effect. If class is cancelled due to weather or lack of registration refund will be provided.
